Ways to place my order?
There are 2 main ways to place your order with IncoDirect.
Secure Online Web Shop - The quickest most convenient way is via our online shop and checkout, this service is 100% discreet and secure. Orders can be placed 24hrs a day making this a very easy, discreet and practical way of placing your order. Once you have placed your order online it will go to our dedicated customer service team who will then progress the order to one of our warehouses for your order to be picked, packed and dispatched directly to you.
Customer Service Team - Alternatively, you can call our customer service team on 0800 614715 and talk to one of our friendly customer service team who will be happy to help take your order and payment. We also have an out of hours answering machine service so that you can place your order or request a call back. Once your order has been placed it will then be progressed on to one of our warehouses for your order to be picked, packed and dispatched directly to you.
When will I receive my order?
At incodirect we provide a number of delivery options that you can choose from to best meet your needs. You can select your preferred delivery option at the point of ordering.
These options range from:
- Next day delivery
- Next day Before 12 noon
- Next day before 10am
- Saturday Delivery
Is there a charge for delivery?
At incoDirect we work hard to keep delivery charges to a minimum. On all orders that are less than £100 a delivery charge of £3.95, all orders over this value will receive Free delivery.
If you choose a timed delivery and your order is over the value to receive Free delivery, then the cost difference will be deducted from the timed delivery charge and a small residual delivery fee will be chargeable.
How do I return a product?
