Delivery FAQ's


At Incodirect we understand the need for a reliable delivery service that is quick and discreet.  To ensure this happens we operate out of our 3 strategically placed sites with over 40,000 sq ft of warehousing and distribution, and all our packing is plain and discreet.  This allows Incodirect to offer a Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery Service Nationwide on all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).  To achieve this we not only use our own modern fleet of vehicles but also nominated national carriers.

Our Delivery Fleet

To help ensure that Incodirect deliveries are made discretely, all our delivery vehicles are not branded and do not in any way indicate that sensitive items are being carried.  As a result patient discretion is not compromised.  All our drivers are CRB checked, carry the appropriate identification and are trained to operate a professional, courteous and helpful service.

Ostomed takes pride in operating a modern fleet of over 20 commercial vehicles providing numerous environmental, safety and logistical benefits.  These vehicles have a considerable impact on continuing efforts to improve customer support and service efficiency.  All our Vehicles have Euro 5 and above engines that meet and beat the latest emissions limits and offer improved fuel efficiency offering significant reductions in their environmental footprint. Our new fleet of delivery vehicles boast a 15% increase in fuel efficiency while also reducing co2 emissions by up to 13%.  Ostomed Ltd takes it environmental impact and responsibilities very seriously and is constantly reviewing its operations and their impact in a sustained attempt to continually reduce them.  As part of these measures we recognise that our drivers also have a part to play in reducing our impact.  All our drivers participate in NVQ driving qualification courses that enhance best driving practices and efficiencies.

National Carrier Deliveries

To help ensure that we can offer a reliable and dependable Next Day Nationwide Delivery Service, we have partnered up with our long term business partner DPD.  Ostomed works closely with DPD and have developed a strong working partnership that allows Incodirect to trust DPD to make these sensitive time critical deliveries.  All orders are dispatched same day if your order is placed and received before 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery Options

We offer a wide range of delivery options to suit your needs.  If you order before 4pm Monday to Friday your goods will be dispatched the same day with your chosen timed shipping option. All our Goods are dispatched in discreet packaging and will be delivered to your door either by our own fleet of vehicles or by our nominated national carrier.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order is with our courier you’ll receive an email or text message to let you know it’s on its way. This will include a tracking number for you to track your parcels journey as it makes its way to you.

Delivery Instructions

From time to time it might be a requirement to give a specific delivery instructions for your order.  This can be from making the delivery to a specific neighbour or leaving your delivery in a specific Safe Place on your property.  This message can be left in the message box at checkout, there is a limit to 20 characters on instructions that can be passed over to our delivery team, so please keep these brief.  

Missed Delivery

Sometimes it's not possible to be in all day waiting for your order to be delivered. If you're not in when our courier attempts to make the delivery they will leave a card letting you know which of the following actions they’ve taken:

  • Attempt re-delivery – The courier will reattempt up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us
  • Leave your order with a neighbour – They’ll let you know which one they left it with
  • Leave your order in a safe place – The card will tell you where they’ve left your parcel. If you have a specific safe place, then please let us know at point of order and we will let the carrier know this information.  Delivery to this location is done so at your own risk and all responsibility by Incodirect and the courier are relinquished. 

Mixed Delivery

If your order consists of more than one product with different delivery times, then individual products may be sent out at different times to ensure you get your products as soon as possible. Don’t worry this service is at no extra cost to you!

Late Deliveries

Whilst Incodirect and our nominated carriers work hard to get you orders to you on time, first time, there is always the possibility of a delay with unforeseen delays.  Incodirect’s delivery service achieves high levels of delivery satisfaction with its customers, and is proud to say that over 99.5% of orders are delivered on time, first time. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive when you expect then please call or email our customer service team who will be more than happy to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

Incodirect take great care to make sure your order leaves us in perfect condition, however damage can sometimes occur when the delivery is in transit.  If you notice that the parcel is damaged or faulty, please make the courier aware and sign for the delivery as damaged.  Once you have opened your delivery and find that the contents are damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team at or by phone on 01253 888310.

Dispatch FAQ's


Incodirect work hard to get all orders dispatched on the day of order.  To achieve this we Guarantee shipment on all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), these deliveries will then be made Next Working Day.


Incodirect are aware of how important your privacy is when receiving your order. All our parcels are discreetly packaged in either an unbranded box or a Privacy bag.  Incodirect work closely with our packaging supplier to not only provide a packaging solution that protects your goods whilst in transit but that is also from sustainable sources and as environmentally friendly as possible.  All our postage labels are also discreet with the reference of the sender so that you can be totally confident that the nature of the order is only known by you.

Incorrect Products

Incodirect work hard to fulfill orders with an average of 99.8% order accuracy, on rare occasions we may accidentally send out an incorrect item.  We apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause, but please contact our Customer Service Team at or by phone on 01253 888310, who will help resolve the problem as soon as possible.
